I want us to analyze this scenario together. After many years of journey, I have discovered that One-on-One coaching remains the best way to impact positively on people’s lives. Note, lets picture this together. One day, a BOY age 7 walked up to his FATHER and said, ‘DAD, I see you as my model, please, I want you to show me how I can use my tongue to touch my elbow. If this is not possible, then tell me why?’
I want you to read the above sentence again and ponder over for a moment. Allow the magnitude of this precise, simple but powerful request take root in your mind, because if you want to genuinely work and earn money online, then the boy question to his father is the key to unlock your door to making money, because I see many going around it the wrong way.
What I want us to critically examine is in my explanation of what the boy did not ask his father.
1. He did not ask the father a DVD that shows him how to touch his elbow with his tongue.
2. He did not ask the father for a report or eBook or any other physical book that teaches how to touch his elbow with his tongue.
3. He did not ask his father for a seminar or groups exercise clinic to encourage him to touch his elbow with his tongue/
4. Neither did he ask his father an off-key and irrelevant question, like a new tennis racquet etc.
5. Now what did the boy ask his father?
He asked his FATHER to show HIM how HE can touch his elbow with his tongue, and if that was not possible, the father should explain the reason.
Straight to the point and huge, right?
This is the why: It is because the case was PERSONAL and CUSTOM-TAILORED to HIS SPECIFIC SITUATION. Yes , a book can explain the process. A DVD can visualize the process. A piece of equipment from excise expert can compliment the process. A group seminar can encourage the process .
But what these options cannot do is answer an individual’s question about and individual’s attempt to apply the content. As such, it is only personalized feedback that can explain how the individual on the other side can make it work for their unique situation, like that of the boy and the father. Sure, only personalized feedback examines the details specific to one person peculiar to him and the situation at hand and can also apply the fundamentals in a way that fits with that one person at a time.
