Human body system is delicately structured, and very fragile but sophisticated in formation with some classified as arterial system, like digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, skeletal system and more. All the above segments of human body structures must function properly to enhance long life of mankind. It is possible, a task, if you adopt a self-discipline with your health habits, as part of ingredient of overall happiness mechanism.
Sometimes, as a writer and researcher, I wonder how human body as one of the most complex structures in the universe work. It is confirmed that one consist of approximately, hundred trillion tiny cells-Red blood cell, Bone cells, Muscles cells, Brain cells and Eye cells. This is absolutely superb and beyond human imagination, honestly speaking! More to than two hundred different types of cells in your body is a vocal testimony.
I was further shocked during my research work that human cells forms an intricate, integrated network, despite their amazing diversity in shape and function.-Let me site an analogy here with reference to the flexible membrane which act like a brick and mortar wall surrounding a factory, so to say –So sophisticated, and yet flexible, but capable of shielding the contents from a potentially hostile environment, and allows the cell to breathe, then permitting small molecules, such as oxygen to pass in or out effortlessly. The mystery here is that the same membrane blocks more complex, potentially damaging molecules from entering without the cell’s permission, and in turn prevents useful molecules from leaving the cell, the feats manages by membrane that even the Scientist are still conducting further research to unravel the mystery.
Now that you know how the body works, how do you protect it, so that you don’t destroy or damage it by your yourself?
It is true that you cannot predict or protect against the unpredictable, such as random accidents or road crashes, and emergencies, but you can control the controllable through some measures of self-discipline on what and the quality and quantity of food and drink to eat or drink, obeying the traffic rules, where and where not to go and what hour etc.
