Anger, in my little knowledge and understanding is a negative reaction or response to bad treatment on one. Basically, everybody gets angry at one time or the other, whether by passive aggression, open aggression, or assertive anger. It is normal to express anger when the need arises, but controllable to portray maturity, wise, knowledgeable, and considered a high self-discipline person. Before you go ahead to watch the video,
I must elaborate some features or characteristics of the above categories of ways people express themselves when provoked.
1. Passive aggressive is demonstrated by those who dislike confrontation; they want to be in charge of their life or destiny; they suck, remain quiet, silent, pretend to be angry, they could go as far as abandoning tasks assigned to them and quietly walk away.
2. Open aggression. This next one is the direct opposite of passive aggression. They are out spoken with rage and fury. They attack directly which sometimes result to hurting others and themselves, in the the form of suicide. They damn the consequence of their action. They are considered not mature enough to handle shock or hurt.
3. Assertive anger is considered to be exhibited by mature people. These type of people are mature, think about consequences of action and inaction. They are sensitive, they open to other people opinion, evaluate, before they finally take action. They are patient and raise voices unnecessarily.
